Request Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please email us at:
eslamsaker804@gmail.comPlease use the same email address you used when creating your account. This allows us to verify your identity and protect your data.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your Firebase Authentication account
- Your email address and user ID
- Saved stories, learning progress, vocabulary lists, and any other app data
- Any data stored in our database that is linked to your account
This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Data Is Retained
We do not retain any personally identifiable information after account deletion.
Anonymous analytics data (which does not identify you) may be kept for performance and security purposes.
How Long It Takes
Account deletion requests are processed within 24–72 hours.
